Base: Kirk Balk Academy, West Street, Hoyland, S74 9HX

Scale: NJC 7 – 11 (Subject to job evaluation)
Salary: £20,092 – £21,748 (FTE, Salary to be pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 1st December 2020

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and experienced practitioners who can add significant value to our academy.

The successful candidate will:

  • Under the direction of senior staff, co-ordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising standards of behaviour for learning.
  • Support parents and students in crisis, liaising with identified personnel.
  • Monitor behaviour and progress of students, providing information and reports on behaviour.
  • You will be part of a team and Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required
