Post: Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
Base: Frederick Nattrass Academy, Darlington Lane, Norton TS20 1BZ

Scale: SCP 14 – 17 (Subject to job evaluation)
Salary: £23,080 – £24,491 (FTE, Salary to be pro rata)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31/07/2021
Working: 27.5 hrs

Northern Education Trust Frederick Nattrass Primary Academy are now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of individual education/behaviour plans
  • Establish productive working relationships with pupils while acting as a role model and setting high expectations.

Candidates should promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom, work with the teacher to establish an appropriate learning environment and promote positive values, attitudes and good pupil behaviour.
